Colerain welcomes Lindsey Dinkelacker as the next Head Coach of Women’s Volleyball, pending board approval!
Colerain High School is pleased to announce Lindsey Dinkelacker as the next Women’s Volleyball Head Coach, pending board approval! Dinkelacker previously served as the JV Head Coach last season, and will be promoted to Varsity Head Coach for the Fall of 2019 season.
Dinkelacker is a graduate and standout volleyball product of Mother Of Mercy High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. During her prep career, she was a four year letter winner at Mercy, including a first team All-State selection her senior year, and a second team All-State selection her junior year. A four-time sectional champion and two-time district champion, Dinkelacker was also recognized as first team All-GCL and first team All-District her junior and senior years.
After high school, Dinkelacker went on to play Division 1 collegiate volleyball at St. Louis University her freshman season before transferring to the University of Cincinnati for her Sophomore, Junior and Senior seasons. While at Cincinnati, she appeared in almost every single set and match, helping lead the Bearcats to 58 wins from 2014-2016, including earning a spot in the NCAA tournament in 2016.
Dinkelacker replaces Shannon Thompson, who led the Cardinals last season to their first 10-win season since 2010.
Dinkelacker also currently coaches at Elevation Volleyball Club.

Coach Dinkelacker is expected to meet with all returning volleyball players on Wednesday, January 30th after school.
